Clearing the Optional 2000-sheet Input Tray (Tray 4):
Open Tray 4.
Remove damaged or jammed paper from area (A) by pulling it out of the printer.
Be sure to remove all pieces of torn paper.
Close the tray.
Open the vertical transfer door and remove all jammed paper (B).
Close the vertical transfer door.
Open and close the top cover.
